The Story Behind TongSourcing
Founded by Tong
TongSourcing was founded by Tong after years of experience across supply chain management, international business, and cross-cultural communication.
After graduation, Tong worked in supply chain and business development, gaining practical experience in supplier communication, project coordination, sales, and production-related activities.
During university, she also worked as a freelance translator, developing professional Chinese, English, and Japanese communication skills.
These experiences revealed a recurring problem.
International buyers can often find Chinese suppliers online.
What they struggle with is everything that happens after the search.
Who is actually behind the company?
Can the factory really manufacture the product?
Can the supplier understand the buyer’s requirements?
