TongSourcing’s standard China supplier management fee starts at 5% of the order value, with a minimum service fee of USD 100 per order.
The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the project, number of suppliers, order volume, product requirements, customization, quality control needs, and level of coordination required.
For example, projects involving multiple Chinese suppliers, OEM/ODM manufacturing, complex production requirements, or ongoing supplier management may require customized pricing.
On-site services such as factory visits, quality inspections, business interpretation, transportation, and other travel-related expenses may be quoted separately when required.
