Procurement & Fulfilment
This is our trading service. Instead of acting as your agent, we act as your supplier: you place an order with us, we buy from the factory, and we deliver the finished product to you at a quoted price. The factory relationship is ours — you do not need to manage suppliers, chase production, or coordinate shipping.
It suits buyers who want a result rather than a process: goods that arrive to specification, on a known date, at a price agreed upfront.
How It Works
Our trading model is deliberately light. We do not hold stock and we do not finance orders — this keeps our overheads low and our prices honest, and it is why we can offer a fixed price without a hidden margin.

What We Handle
On a trading order, we take responsibility for the whole supply side:
- Factory selection — we choose and vet the manufacturer against your specification
- Commercial terms — price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms with the factory
- Sampling and approval — where needed, before volume production
- Production management — schedule, changes, and problem-solving on the ground
- Quality control — pre-shipment inspection against your specification
- Export logistics — packaging, consolidation, documentation, and shipping
- After-sales — we handle claims or corrective action with the factory if something goes wrong
You deal with one contact and one price. Behind that, our Shenzhen team manages the factory, the schedule, and the shipping.
What You Receive
On a typical trading order you receive:
- A written quotation with a flat price, lead time, and payment terms
- Product samples or pre-production units where required
- Progress updates from order placement to shipment
- Pre-shipment inspection results against the agreed specification
- Shipping documents and delivery coordination to your address
- One point of contact for any issue after delivery
All quotations, reports, and correspondence are in English, with Japanese and Russian supported on request at no extra cost.
How Pricing Works
You pay a single quoted price for the delivered goods. That price covers the factory cost, our quality control, and our coordination — there is no separate commission and no line-item charge for each service.
We quote every order individually, because the right price depends on the product, the specification, the order size, and the delivery terms. You get a fixed price in writing before we start, and it does not change unless you change the specification.
Payment terms: production starts after payment is confirmed — 100% in advance, or against an irrevocable letter of credit. We do not finance orders on your behalf and we do not hold stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a trading order different from your agency service?
With an agency order you contract the factory directly and pay us a 5% commission. With a trading order you contract us, we buy from the factory, and you receive the goods at a quoted price. We never charge both on the same order.
What are the payment terms?
Production starts once payment is confirmed — either 100% in advance, or against an irrevocable letter of credit. We do not finance orders on your behalf and we do not hold inventory.
Do you hold stock?
No. We work back-to-back: goods are produced for your order and shipped directly from the factory to you or your nominated warehouse. This keeps costs down and means we never sell you stock we happen to be holding.
Can I see the factory or the price breakdown?
On a trading order the factory relationship is ours, so the quoted price is the price for the delivered goods — not a factory cost plus a visible margin. We can still arrange a factory visit or audit for you, and we will explain what the price covers so you can judge value.
Who handles quality problems after delivery?
We do. As your supplier on a trading order, we are responsible for resolving quality issues — we go back to the factory and arrange repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
No — and you should be cautious of any agent who does. We quote a fair price based on a vetted factory, controlled quality, and reliable delivery. Cheap suppliers often turn out to be the most expensive order.
Can you work with a product we already have a drawing for?
Yes. Send the drawing, specification, or a sample and we will quote against it. We handle custom parts, private label, and full OEM/ODM production.
