How Pricing Works
We keep pricing simple and published — because most competitors don’t. There are no hidden markups, and no supplier kickbacks.
Every service is a flat price. We do not bill by the hour. You know the cost before the work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

All services are billed in USD. Third-party costs (laboratory testing, freight, certification bodies) are passed through at cost with no mark-up.

We never charge both on the same order. An order is handled either on commission or on a trading margin — never both.
How We Handle Supplier Information
We are often asked whether we pass supplier details to our clients. Here is exactly how it works — no fine print.

We do not use information lock-in — you are never trapped with a supplier you cannot identify. In return, our commission is the fee for the work we do to find, verify, and manage that supplier, so our service agreement includes a standard non-circumvention clause covering suppliers we introduce.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to buy a full sourcing package?
No, our services are completely flexible. You can choose a single service — such as a factory audit or a quality inspection — or combine several into a complete sourcing solution.
Can you work with suppliers I already have in China?
Yes. Many of our clients already have Chinese suppliers. We can communicate with your factory, monitor production, conduct inspections, and coordinate logistics on your behalf.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every service is a flat price — a project fee, a per-man-day rate, or a monthly fee per order. You know the cost before the work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
How is the agency commission calculated?
Commission is 5% of the FOB order value, tiered down to 3% for large annual volumes. There is a minimum service fee of USD 150 per order for small orders.
Do you take commission from the factory as well?
No. We take no supplier kickbacks of any kind. Our only income on an agency order is the commission you pay us — which is why we work for you, not the supplier.
How quickly will I receive my supplier’s details?
Verification evidence — licence, audit report, certifications, capacity, samples — is provided immediately. Supplier name, address, and contacts are provided once we are contracted and you have placed an order.
